Strength in the Absence

Closing doors
Putting bars
And some nails.
Hanged by the neck
By its own fails

Strength in the absence
Abandoning the flesh
Covering the mirrors
And keep a rest to the soul

Inside the shell
Prays the crab
Waiting death.
Under the weight of the sea
Forsaking the path

Strength in the absence
Abandoning the flesh
Covering the mirrors
And keep a rest to the soul

Picking a blanket
For a good night
Of murder.
And when comes the sleep
It’s all over.

Strength in the absence
Abandoning the flesh
Covering the mirrors
And keep a rest to the soul

Exactly like
Somebody mocked
While laughing.

Now will be a truth, and earth
And ashes, and dust
And a memory of nothing.
